Andrew has over 30 years experience in the profession and having served for many years as a member of the Executive Council of the Society of Messengers-at-Arms and Sheriff Officers was elected as their President in December 2022. Andrew sits on several sub-committees dealing with Legislation and Civil Court Rules and currently organises all CPD events run by the Society. After beginning his career with George Walker & Company then with John Campbell Sheriff Officers, he went on to found Fraser Gowrie Johnston Sheriff Officers in 2010.
Alex has over 30 experience in the profession and is a past President of the Society of Messengers-at-Arms & Sheriff Officers. He was a Judge at the 2017 Scottish Legal Awards and is a well known speaker on the subject of Diligence having spoken at the IRRV, ICAS , Scottish Paralegal Association, Scottish Young Lawyers Association conferences. He is a member of AiB's Diligence Group and is a former member of the Committee of Examiners. Joining Gray Scott & Co straight from school he quickly rose through the ranks and was latterly Joint Head of Enforcement Administration at Scott & Co.
Elaine is our Office Manager, responsible for the oversight of our administrative staff. With a background in legal administration Elaine first joined the firm in December 2012. Over the years she has become an integral part of our support services and is responsible for the management of our administrative staff and general oversight of all administrative matters. She is the main point of contact for a number of our clients.
