Joy McLaughlin joins Fraser Irvine
Fraser Irvine Sheriff Officers LLP is delighted to announce the appointment of Joy McLaughlin as a Consultant to the Firm.
Joy was formerly a Partner in Scott & Co (Scotland) LLP, the largest firm of Sheriff Officers and Messengers-at-Arms and a key player in the Local Authority collection and enforcement market-place.
